Haus Of Hair Policies…

At Haus Of Hair, we strive to provide our clients with an exceptional salon experience. To ensure clarity and consistency, we have established the following policies:

Appointment Scheduling

  • Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online, via phone, or in-person. A credit card is required to secure all appointments.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation notification 72 hours before your appointment. Please confirm your attendance.

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Late Arrivals

  • Grace Period: We provide a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the following clients. A late fee may occur after first offense.

  • Rescheduling: If you arrive after the grace period, we may need to reschedule your appointment. A 50% of the services booked fee will be charged.

  • Please be mindful of my schedule as well as other clients schedules

Payment Policy

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. My electronic system charges a 3% convince fee. If you would like to avoid this, please let me know prior to your appointment.

  • Service Charge: A service charge will be added for appointments exceeding the booked time. Or outside of normal business days. Wednesday thru Saturday.

Product Returns

  • Refunds: At this time, Haus of hair isn’t accepting refunds or returns. All services and charges are final.

  • Exchanges: Opened products can be exchanged within 14 days for store credit. (this doesn’t count towards your services booked.)

Client Responsibilities

  • Health & Safety: Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.

  • Punctuality: Arrive on time to ensure a full and enjoyable service experience.

  • Children: My space is small and limited. I do not have room for your little ones inside my space. This is YOUR time to relax. If you’re struggling to find child care please inform me asap!

  • Hygiene Please show up with clean dry hair! It’s an old myth that hair needs to be dirty prior to your color service. My products have to break through all that oil, dirty, and dry shampoo which can alter your end results.

Privacy Policy

  • Confidentiality: All personal information shared during your visit will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Extensions

I understand that hair extensions are custom-selected and ordered specifically for me based on my consultation, color match, desired length, texture, and overall goals. Once the order has been placed, the hair cannot be returned to the manufacturer or supplier.

I understand that all deposits and payments made toward the purchase of hair extensions are non-refundable once the order has been submitted. No refunds will be issued due to changes in personal preference, scheduling conflicts, financial circumstances, or a decision not to proceed with installation.

I understand that the longevity and performance of my extensions depend on proper home care, maintenance appointments, products used, environmental exposure, and daily styling habits. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in tangling, matting, shedding, dryness, discoloration, or reduced lifespan of the hair.

Hair extensions ordered on behalf of the client will be held for a maximum of sixty (60) days from the date the salon receives the hair unless other arrangements are made in writing.

It is the client’s sole responsibility to schedule installation, arrange pickup, and maintain current contact information with the salon. The salon is under no obligation to contact, remind, notify, or otherwise attempt to reach the client regarding hair extensions held on the client’s behalf.

Any hair extensions not installed, claimed, or otherwise arranged for within sixty (60) days of receipt by the salon shall be deemed abandoned. Upon abandonment, the salon may dispose of, donate, use, resell, or otherwise transfer ownership of the hair extensions at its sole discretion.

The client forfeits any ownership interest in the abandoned hair and waives any claim for refund, replacement, credit, compensation, or damages related to the abandoned hair extensions. All payments made toward the hair purchase, including deposits and balances paid, remain non-refundable.
